Success leaves clues.

If you want to be successful, just look at people who are successful and do what they do. Seems pretty simple.

Take Warren Buffet. He’s pretty much a household name when it comes to money and wealth. Everybody’s at least heard of the “Oracle from Omaha”. First he became a millionaire. Then a billionaire. Now he’s a gazillionaire. So that’s pretty good.

You could buy a share of the Berkshire Hathaway stock and you’d get a lot of his insider stuff, but what you probably wouldn’t get in the newsletter is his collection of his wisdom. Little quips, isms, and points of view that he thinks mattered in his life.

If you don’t want to live in Omaha that’s understandable. But you may just fancy this gazillionaire thing.

Here are a few of the clues Warren has left for us…

1. The way to wealth in America is to buy businesses or pieces of businesses (stocks).

2. Learn accounting because it’s the language of business.

3. When you’re young, work at a number of businesses and learn all you can about them.

4. Start early or live long.

5. You don’t have to go to college to be rich.

6. Find your passion, the money will follow.

7. Make mistakes of omission not commission.

8. Take care of your most important (2) assets (your mind and body).

9. Surround yourself with people who are better than you.

Good luck and have a good week.
